Saturday, March 3, 2007 It has been a while since we've had something to report, so Brandi gave me a quick update as to what's going on. While still working with Nashville based producer Gary Carter, Brandi has been laying vocal tracks at the renowned Homestead Studios - the same studio where Brandi's long time friend Adam Gregory recorded his last album. Five of the six songs that Gary Carter is producing are nearing completion. Though Brandi admits that a six songs disc is more of a demo project than it is a complete album, she remains optimistic and excited. She had this to say, "I am working on forming a group for when I'm playing live, and my guitar playing is coming along quite nicely. I'm still singing and writing - writing new stuff like crazy. So, it has been longer than I initially anticipated, but the music is still coming."
